Assalaam aleykom and a very good2 day :) I would like to announce that I have some stuff for sale... because we are clearing out our rented house at Taman Ilmu, Nibong Tebal, Penang :D So, in case anybody knows anyone in the area of USM Engineering Campus... or in the areas of Bandar Baharu (Kedah) and Parit Buntar (Perak) or even Nibong Tebal, who are in need of some furniture, rice cooker etc. (as seen in the pics)... please leave your comment at the end of this post  insyaAllaah :D Prices are of course negotiable... but most of the are already quite low considering the original price and product age :)

BTW, if anyone is looking for a house to rent in Taman Ilmu, our house has already been taken... sorry about that. But we do have these furnitures n stuff to sell though :) Ok... here's what we have:

PS:- Preferably, we'd like to sell to people within the areas of Parit Buntar, Nibong Tebal and Bandar Baharu only. But other locations might also be considered if we have the means to transport the thing :D
