Hmmm...
There was once, when I was around 26 or 27 years old.. where I woke up the next morning feeling fresh! I mean... like bangun bangun je dari tidoq, TARUS! Felt very2 awake and ready to go! ...
Sad to say, I can only remember this happening ONCE in my life. I tried to attribute it to the activity I did the night before. I was working at En. Fuad Mansor's cafeteria (Penang Place)... kerja cuci pinggan and kemas2 dapur. Biasa la, student master masa tu. Plus the JPA allowance at that time was only enough for me to buy 2 pillows and a used blanket :P Ok ok... exaggerate je.
Anywayz, the next day at work, I also washed dishes and took out the rubbish etc... TAPI! Bila wake up the next morning, I did not feel as fresh! As a matter of fact, felt like I wanted to go back to bed... especially time tu tengah sejuk crazy babeng tahap cipan and mongoose :D
Hmmm... What was wrong oso i did now know. Well, actually I still don't know because up till now, no reoccurrences have been recorded :( So... how a? What actually happened that caused me to wake up so fresh! What did GOD bestow upon me that morning (or probably the night before, or probably during the sleep time itself!) that made me so fresh and strong the next morning? ... masih menjadi tanda tanya itu...
Annywayz... I think I want to rediscover that feeling la. I will experiment with some of the suggestions I found on this one Stanford website.
Well, to do dishes again is out of the question :P Satu sebab malas pulak nak pergi kerja kat restoren... another thing is that... I now think that that was not the factor. I believe the factor is in the SLEEP PROCESS itself. :) I think I remember, that night, I fell asleep quite senang kot? Ntah2 posisi tidoq masa tu baek punya! Or maybe the temperature was ideal, or the bed was just right, or maybe also there was some weird chemical that i accidentally swallowed the night before that increased some gamma radiation in me that almost transformed me into the hulk but left good side effects which made me strong the next morning, but just temporary! HAHAHAHA!
So, the best alternative would be... I think, is to SLEEP WELL!!! But how? Haaaa... I will try some of the tips from Stanford uni’s website...:

1. Sleep only when sleepy? - Hmmmm... Can’t follow that now... Cuz need to readjust my biological sleeping clock!
2. Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed - No problem with the alcohol... but coffee and nicotine? Hehehe. Ok ok. Tekad... before sleep, no rokok2 and no kopi2 or teh2... (Hopefully)
3. Have a light snack before bed - Low carb, and mid level protein should be ok insya-Allaah. The website says, the milk-before-bed thinggy can help due to the presence of tryptophan... a sleep inducer (Oh, saya lajar perkataan INDUCE masa bini saya nak beranak dulu... "Ni kena Induce ni Encik"... "Ok... induce je la... whatever that is..."... Now I Know... Hua hua hua!
4. Get up and go to bed the same time every day - Ok... that is what I am trying to do... and I will do! Will use alarm clock!!!
5. Refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime - Hahahaha! Nowadays, I am like TOTALLY refraining from exercise. But takpe, now me play tennis with En Azrul Hazri Jantan. The website also says exercise will help in making sleep better... Since I play tennis like more than 4 hours be4 bedtime, so shud be ok insya-Allaah.
6. Take a hot bath 90 minutes before bedtime - Ok... if I am at my parents' house, insya-Allaah. But at the asrama, satu kerja pulak nak pegi amik ayor panas, letak dalam baldi, campur sket ayor sejuk... lepas tu mandi. Eh... what pulak satu kerja... tu dah.. satu, dua, TIGA kerja! Tu lom campur proses mandi dan lap badan pakai tuala lagi! :P
Okes. Harap2 buleh testing. Dan insya-Allaah I can sleep better (best insya-Allaah), and wake up a happy man... and possibly pray with eyes opened wider. kueng kueng kueng :P

Eh, agaknya mmg setiap org dlm dunia ni hanya akan dpt satuuu aje tidur yg 'best' kot sbb aku pun sama la! Kira satu kali tu je la yg aku ingat bila bangun rasa mcm puas, tak lebih tidur, tak cukup tidur, just nice and rasa mcm freshhhh!
Skrang ni...hmmm, lagi susah la kot nak dpt nikmat tu, asyik tidur radon...radon...radon... hampeh betul.
jgn lupa baca doa sblm tido ye sayang... n mtk doa dikejutkan pg esoknya tuk solat subuh berjemaah :P
di kala bila ko keje kat tempat en puad ha?ooo..aku baru ingat..waktu kak sab selalu buli ko ek?ehehheheh...
Pertama-tamanya pian, rentikanlah isap rokok ^_^. Minum air kosong byk2 n kalau boleh mkn sebelum pukul 7 and jgn makan benda2 yg spicy, berempah etc yang sewaktu dengannya.
Keduanya bila dah sampai bilik jgn pk pasal kerja. Kasi rilek je kepala. Nak pk pasal kerja 9-5 jek. Unless la 9-5 tu ko pk pasal benda lain so bila balik dah terbawak2 lak pasal keje.
Sblm tdo ikut mcm cik puan ko ckp tu..insya Allah bangun akan rasa best jek.
Aku so far...dari master sampai skrg mmg kol 9-10 aku sudah out kalau hari weekdays, then pkl 4-5 pagi aku bangun otomatik. Aku mmg tak kunci jam sbb nnt rasa mcm ada dateline lak utk tdo. Just niatkan dlm hati ko nak bangun mase time tu n insya Allah natural body clock ko akan bangunkan time tu.
Lepas bangun lak, seelok-eloknya minum air kosong satu gelas besar kasi dia cleanse sikit itu sistem dlm badan. Oh ye..lagi satu takyah la amalkan minum kopi waktu pagi...kalau rasa nak segarkan badan, air kosong sama buah-buahan macam epal ke limau ke dah ok dah. ^_^
MRM: Yeouss... aku tak sangka ada orang len yang sama macam aku :) hehehe.
Biniku Tercinta: :P Ye la ayang. Kan ke kita selalu buat benda tu :) insya-Allaah buleh dikonsisten kan lagi :) Kalau dah selalu buat, mmg takyah nak abiskan beteri henpon jadik alarm klok :P Tapi doa tu mmg harus! :D
Arin: Yea wahai Arin binti Jaapar. Mmg aku dulu dibuli. Hua hua hua! ok. takde la dibuli sebenarnya... aku rela ... :D hehehehe. Sebab dapat tips masak2 dari kak Sab, plus dapat makan free, dan jugak dapat lajar cara2 dapur restoren... :D

Sebenonye, aku mmg buat proses minom ayor tu... tapi kalau aku tak lupa nak stok up ayor malam sebelum tu la. Kat bilik, selalu aku rembat ayor Azrul kalau dia nye ada lagi. kekekeke. (halaal mate!)
as for yang natural alarm clock tu, aku mmg setuju sangat :) Doa betul2, n insya-Allaah tomoro bangun.
Tapi tula... the main thing yg aku dok cuba dapatkan balik is that BANGUN FRESH GILOS feeling! As I said, baru sekali aje aku )ingat) alami. Bangun on time insya-Allaah buleh buat... tapi bangun yang bila kita up je... terus mata celik... takdak tahi mata (banyak :P), lepas tu badan2 semua ok... rasa tidur mmg cukup n tak terlbih (macam Mas kata) dan mmg macam ready to go lah :D
Yg tu nak cuba dapatkan balik.. at least sekali lagi pon ok la :D
Kopi pulak. hehehe. Sib bek aku bukan penggemar kopi sangat. So so la. So aku tak le wajib bantai kopi utk jump start the day.
Mmg aku suka bebeno dengan satu minuman sahaja... Ayor Kosong! :P Sib bek bini aku pon layan gak ayor kosong, sampai dia belinya ELKEN BioPure Ken 2 sejibik kat umah. :D
aku selalu rase lemau tu kalau dah lama tak bersenam jek (kiranya badan aku bgtau udah lama benor tuan aku ni tak bergerak2 otot)...^_^
mungkin tu natural alarm badan kita kot kalau dah lama tak bersenam...cuba ko gi joging 3 kali seminggu...mungkin tdo lena n bangun fresh kot lps ni.
A ah ... japs.. mungkin betui aa mat nabil. sebab masa tu, aku agak aktif di gym.

btw, semalam aku burjaya tidor awal.. kul 10 . ke sebelum. aku rasa kul 10 kot. tapi bangun kul 2 stengah! Hahahahah!
tapi takpe... berusaha lagi!!!
ooo.. incik alpian, dlm minggu ni aku asik tido awal .. seawal jam 9mlm tuh.. tapi yg tak bestnyer, biarpun tido awal, bangun awal gak .. around 530am dah bangun but never feel fresh... hmm mebi aku kena minom feel fresh byk sket kot?? :P

1. Sleep when sleepy?..setuju :)
2. bukan kata 4-6 jam sebelum tido,mari kita berhenti tarus mamat..hahaha..sekarang nie dah boleh stop smoking kat school..nanti stop smoking kat asrama pulak.. :) insya allah..
3. aku setuju..lapar adalah musuh tidur,jadi telan lah sikit makanan sebelum tido.. :) makan twisties mamat !!! hahaha..
4. kalau get up at the same time every day,insya allah takde masalah..yg problem nya yg get to bed at the same time every day tue..abis tue dok kalau research tgh on mamat?..apa macam mau tido? hua hua hua..lagik lagik tgh sedap buat research,nak tido rasa rugi pulak.. hahahahahaha..
5. dah ok dah sekarang nie..tapi ntah bila aku nak kalahkan ko main tenis :p
6. no komen..haha..kalau badan tengah belengas + melekit-lekit,mandi aje air sejuk..

Azwad: Platuea? Man, u are already skinny la Azwad :D Ke kau pon dah ada perut? Anywayz... if you're looking to lose bodyfat... I could reccommend a few programs... tapi most of them overseas mali... tapi the most fundamental one I think would be BODY FOR LIFE... minus the supplement pushes (in the book) of course :P

AHJ: Research oh research. tu yg wat tido lambat tu :( Phd oh PhD :P kekekeke.... takpe mat. ko tak dapat pukulan dia lagi. kalau dah dapat dia nye wrist work n angle reket tu, sah2 aku terkangkang2 nak amik bola tu....
aku sejak sakit lately ni... makan ubat terus padam :D bangun tido tanpa kunci jam.. meaning bgn apabila terjaga setelah puas melelapkan mata.. hihihiih best best.... pastu tido sepanjang hari lagi.... first time rase nikmat tido yg sgt best! :D
